Breakfast by the sea is great way to start the day. The staff are helpful and friendly and the suites are very large. All in all a great hotel in central beachfront Canggu.

Our experience at COMO Uma Canggu exceeded all expectations. The room we stayed in was not only spacious but also beautifully appointed, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to one of their residences. The breakfast spread was truly outstanding, featuring a delightful selection of dishes that could be enjoyed alongside breathtaking views. The level of service provided by the staff was impeccable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering to show us around the property. For those looking to stay on-site, the hotel offers a range of amenities including a gym, pilates classes, a serene pool (which was refreshingly uncrowded during our visit in March), and access to the beach club. Although we weren't able to secure a late checkout, the staff kindly offered us the option to freshen up in the gym locker room before our departure, which we greatly appreciated. A special mention goes to Dwi, Ani, and Dwini, whose exceptional attentiveness and dedication made our stay truly memorable. They took care of our every need and request with genuine warmth and professionalism.

Staff were above and beyond friendly and helpful. Gym was amazing - large and well-equipped. Pool was beautiful and lots of room - just noting it is slightly cold, but still a beautiful spot to laze in the sun and paddle in. Spa is amazing - highly recommend the deep tissue massages. The room I had was huge with 2 chaises in the room, a huge king bed as well as balcony with another chaise. The bathroom was large also with a big shower and bath which was much appreciated. It's a few steps from a gelato shop, convenience stores, ATMs and just 15mins walk from a huge range of delicious cafes and on Sunday, you're literally across the road from the La Brisa Sunday market. I can't wait to come back and stay here!

Loved how close to the beach it was...great views from the restaurant every morning, great food. Such a relaxing peaceful atmosphere. Staff were so incredibly helpful and the rooms were really comfortable. Overall a wonderful stay. We have two teenagers, one surfed every day and the other lay by the pool or went shopping. So close to lots of great restaurants.. Two options of pools were great, the big lagoon pool was more peaceful while the front pool had more of a vibe. Overall a wonderful stay. Would book again in the future.

The breakfast was great! We loved the location and it was so comfortable, safe and clean. We really liked the hotel and the gym was fantastic! We would definitely stay here again and cant wait to come back.

The hotel felt like a real resort that's away from everything else, despite actually being surrounded by the hustle of Canggu. The staff were fantastic and extremely attentive, helping wherever possible. The room was amazing, however some areas where it was dated (comments in other section). Loved the pool and beach club. Food was also pretty good! Good options of drinks too.

The Como is stunning in so many ways. Beautifully presented, service is amazing. You can get a sun lounge by the pool, which is amazing. The property feels luxurious, well thought out.

This place is amazing, we were very excited on check in to receive a upgrade of our accommodation, we didn’t expect to be booked into the wonderful residential wing overlooking the lagoon pool. The room was spacious, modern and spotless. with a kitchen and the biggest bath and bed . The service from the amazing staff, who were very friendly, professional and helpful. The food at the hotel especially breakfast was great as well. We didn’t have a bad meal when we dined at the hotel. The hotel allows for a great view of the beach, perfect for drinks at sunset. I highly recommend staying here, worth every penny.
